Do I Report to Work?

If you are working under the Western Washington Area Master Agreement for an employer that has assigned their bargaining rights to the AGC of Washington (listed below), you will not go to work beginning on Thursday, September 16. You are obligated to withhold your labor until we have a tentative agreement that can be offered to the membership for ratification.

If you are working on a project covered by a Project Labor Agreement/Community Workforce Agreement, you MUST report for work. Those project agreements are active and contain a no-strike/ no lock out clause. If you are working under the following Agreements or for an employer not listed on the first page, you MUST report to work since these agreements are still active and contain a no-strike / no-lockout clause:

Construction Agreements

  • Western Washington Northwest Wall and Ceiling Agreement
  • Scaffold and Shoring Master Agreement
  • Millwright Employers Association Regional Agreement
  • Association on Construction Employers (ACE) Master Agreement

Non-Construction Agreements

  • Master Tradeshow Agreement
  • Any Industrial Agreement, formerly Carpenters Industrial Council
  • Any Public sector entity/Agreement
