An event every month that begins at 6:00pm on day Fourth of the month, repeating indefinitely

What is Foreman Leadership Training?
This is an interactive class that provides the platform for both seasoned veterans and emerging leaders to participate in group activities and discussions that will help shape and sharpen leadership skills.

Curriculum and course content is driven by class participants and will cover a variety of topics. Guest speakers are invited on a regular basis to present on specific topics throughout the year.

Who can participate?
Participation is by contractor referral, but anyone on your job site is welcome to come to the training. Apprentices will gain a new perspective. Current foremen, leads, superintendents, and owners will find a free exchange of ideas and concerns from workers at every level.
