212 Journeymen: Next Level UBC Leaders

This training is a brand new DET program and is unique in that it is only open to journeymen that have completed the UBC Journeymen: Building Leadership for a Strong Future program. Specifically, it is for returning journeymen who have exemplified the principles of the UBC Journeymen program and returned to their job sites demonstrating elevated leadership.

There is one 212 Training being held in 2021, however, this session is already full. The March 2020 session was canceled two weeks before it was scheduled to start. Due to this occurrence, we are sending that group to the one training session we were given. Note: It is too high of a loss for our membership and Council to not send those with tickets already purchased in their name.

The 2022 session dates will not be known until mid-December. We encourage you to go forward with applying. We will contact you at the end of the year so you can choose your dates. If the dates do not work for you, that is okay. You are not committed to going until your spot has been confirmed.
