2019–2020 SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS
Approved by the Regional Council delegate body in 2001, our scholarship has supported dozens of carpenter families and invested in the future of hundreds of students. Congratulations to this year’s winners and a big thank you to our sponsors.

Huylar Legacy
Ron and Wendy Huylar’s four children have all received scholarships from the Regional Council throughout their diverse endeavors in higher education.
Former scholarship recipients in the Huylar family are Allison’s siblings Rachel, Bailey, and Nicholas. Rachel is a registered nurse in Spokane. Bailey is a first grade teacher on Whidbey Island, and Nicholas is a project engineer for Walsh Construction in Seattle. Allison is the youngest member of the family and will graduate next year.
“Thanks again to all who have assisted our children in their education,” said Wendy Huylar. “It has been a huge help for our family.”
