We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will use information you provide to us to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization.

Collection of Personally Identifiable Information

Our website offers several opportunities for visitors to register for informational mailings. To register for such mailing lists, users must give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this contact information to send users information about PNWRCC, news updates and new projects. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings at any time by following the instructions included in such mailings or by using the safe unsubscribe link in emails.

PNWRCC provides web forms so you may provide your contact information to engage in activities such as signing up to receive PNWRCC’s email newsletter, sharing content from the PNWRCC website with others, and contacting and communicating with PNWRCC staff about joining PNWRCC, providing feedback, or other matters. Any information we collect, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, type of request you are making and any additional information you provide, is collected and stored by PNWRCC. The information is used to fulfill your request and track aggregate information about usage of these features.

Referral services

Our website has features that allow you to share content or pages from the site with a friend, by providing your name and email address, and your friend’s name and email address. If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site or content within it, we will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. PNWRCC does not store this information, but uses it for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email.

Website Usage/Information Collection

When you visit the PNWRCC website, we automatically obtain information from you about the name of your Internet service provider, the browser and type of computer you are using, the website that referred you to us, the pages you request and the date and time of those requests. We use this information on an aggregate basis to generate statistics and measure site activity to improve the usefulness of the site to our visitors. For example, we use this information to track which pages are most popular among visitors as a whole. We do not track the pages you or any individual visitor may look at during a visit to our site and we do not collect any other information without your knowledge and permission. We do not collect or store personally identifiable information, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address or phone number, unless you provide that information.
