When Fastenal works with contractors like EM Precision they drive down area standard wages and that negatively affects our communities.

EM Precision is a contractor that does not provide the area standard wages and benefits to all of their carpenter craft employees on all of their construction projects.

From Fastenal’s Website:
“Integrity: We trust our people to make the best possible decisions for the company and our customers. This decentralized, entrepreneurial approach wouldn’t be possible without integrity at every level of the company people who are fair, respectful and ethical in all situations.”

Where is the integrity in cheating employees out of their proper wages?

A healthy wage promotes a healthy economy. We are not urging any worker to refuse to work, nor are we urging any supplier to refuse to deliver goods.
